A friend who works as a call center rep recently got a call from a client who was having problems with a component of her website. My friend bent over backwards trying to assist her. The woman was very frustrated and my friend totally understood it which is why he was being extra patient with her . He even approached two of his supervisors about helping the woman and after carefully looking over the situation they arrived to the same conclusion; she needed to call her internet provider nothing could be done for her on their end.
When he told her this the woman freaked the hell out, “Listen here you *&^% BEANER, for the amount of money I am paying your company you better *&^% fix this problem !”
