As lovers of all things surf, we find unique appreciation for the work of photographer, Kenny Smith. As a real life demonstration of the saying that you can tell a lot about a person’s life by the lines in their face, it seems to be no more true than in the case of surfers.

Kenny spent a number of early mornings on beaches around the World trying to capture the stories and feelings of surf stoke that practically radiates from surfers emerging from the surf, in his project called “The Ol’ Boys”. The portraits he’s produced are arguably some of the most amazing we’ve seen.
